Data Entry Clerk - Part Time Roles.

Recruiting Entry Level – Data Entry Workers for our customer service departments.

Positions are Full Time and Permanent £15/HOUR.

Skills:

• Possess communication and interpersonal skills
• Be service oriented with a demonstrated ability to proactively listen and solve problems
• Be able to multitask
• Have the ability to work with minimal supervision as well as a team environment
• Be flexible and able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.


Duties:


• Respond in a professional manner to all inquiries with accurate and appropriate information
• Probe customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Prepare product or service reports
• Properly document all data and open up new accounts
• Report any issues to team leader
