How you can expect to spend your day
Your day will be divided into several different duties:
Lead generation
Headhunting
Screening candidates in interviews and telephone conversations
Advert overseeing
Negotiating and closing offers when made
Managing candidates
The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications
A self-starter with fantastic communication and organisational skills, who can pitch roles and draw in clients – over the phone if necessary. Must be comfortable with cold calling and making calls on important projects. We want decisive, talented individuals with proven expertise in people management and client work.
Predicted minimum 2.2
Commercial or sales experience (preferred)
