PASSPORTIA obtains or proves German, British and Irish citizenship, mostly through ancestry. We require a person to process inbound enquiries for German citizenship, assess claims, sell services and do casework, part of which is obtaining family documents. The job requires good phone manner, excellent English, reasonable spoken and written German language, meticulous attention to detail and good filing skills. Located in London EC1 near to Hatton Garden and Farringdon Station. In initial response state language skills and hours available.
