Exciting Summer Internship for Undergraduate Students!
Here at AM CityGrad we are currently offering 2ndn year Undergraduate Students the chance to participate in a prestigious Internship along with several of our other international and national partners.
This is a 2 week programme for 2nd year students only who are after a career in Human Resource, Marketing, Events or any other admin based role.
An internship is the perfect opportunity for any student to strengthen any skill set that they may have or want to create tools that will be useful for a future career. More importantly than that, it gives any student the chance to create role models that they can look up to and ask for advice in a later career. The ultimate aim of this internship is that after the 2 week programme, the employer will then offer you a full time role, once you graduate!
The 2 week placement will take place this upcoming summer, when your university year has finished. The work experience will be tailored to suit your needs, but one thing that is for sure is that the role will be that of a proper job. That means none of this work place shadowing, or scanning all the backlog of papers a business may have or making cups of coffee. Instead it is proper action packed 2 weeks, full of work!
How will the internship work?

Once this is complete we will the invite you to an open assessment day. There will be 4 assessment days in London and 2 assessment days in Birmingham. This will involve small business games, challenges, but also the chance of an interview with one of consultants. It is a very simple and short process that just enables us to understand your personality more, but also what role would suit you best, as ultimately we want you to get that full time graduate job! Once this is complete you will then be placed in a company that we feel is the best fit for you.
Once the two weeks are over we will not just, unlike many companies, just leave you hanging, instead we will have a review session, and we will chase the company you worked for to see if they would offer you a
permanent job once you graduate!
