We are looking for enthusiastic, articulate and confident people to work as part of our ever-so popular InfoBike Ambassador team! The Infobikes are mobile Tourist Information Centers positioned along the Southbank during the summer months. The Infobikes and Ambassadors provide valuable information such as maps, what’s on guides and information about entertainment and attractions to visitors on the Southbank and the surrounding areas.
Working in teams, you’ll spend the glorious London summer days interacting with families and tourists helping them find their way around the Southbank area and promoting all the fun activities to do this summer! You’ll be fully trained by us here at Impact and this is where you’ll get to meet the rest of the InfoBike Summer Season 2017 team!
If you’re available in London throughout the summer, enjoy interacting with people and are confident in providing information to visitors & tourists then this is the right job for you!
PersonSpecification/Attributes
Confident and charismatic, with the ability to interact and engage with visitors in a charming and affable manner.
Sound knowledge of London, specifically an expertise on Southbank, Bankside and London Bridge attractions and amenities.
Interest in the Arts, Entertainment, Tourism and Culture
Fluency/Advanced level in one or more foreign languages [Desirable]
Availability on weekends May – September is essential.
Must be able to commit to a minimum of ten weekends throughout the whole season
