Role requirements:
- You MUST be able to work on the weekends. At Catapult, our operations mean we need to be available to handle queries during industry business hours
- You should also be available to work on some evenings during the week
- You can commit to 5 consecutive weekdays of training before you start (this is a one-off to get you familiar with the role)
- You are a people-person with impressive communication skills. You build rapport naturally and you are highly empathetic
- You must be able to work from our office in Angel
What you will be doing:
- Effectively dealing with inbound communication across multiple channels (phone lines/emails/social media)
- Answer questions from our candidates and find proactive solutions to help them deliver the best service to our customers
- Be the first point of contact for all our clients who want to find staff
- Enhance the overall user experience with Catapult and deliver an exceptional customer and candidate experience
- Place and ensure the successful fulfilment of large bookings for key accounts (e.g Topshop, Kia Oval & Wembley Stadium!)
- Work with the rest of the Operations team (full time and part time members) to ensure all information is communicated effectively.
Your profile:
- You are flexible for evening (12pm/4:30pm-9pm) shifts during the week as well as weekend (7:30am-2:30pm/12pm-9pm)
- Maybe you are a student or already have part time work that you are looking to top up, if so, this role is perfect for you!
A plus (but not essential):
- You have an understanding/interest in hospitality, retail or recruitment
- You speak two or more languages
- You have an interest in startups or tech companies
