What is e2 Young Engineers?
e2 Young Engineers offer prestigious after school and weekend activities for primary school children in the fields of engineering and science. The programmes use motorised Lego in order to teach theoretical STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, mathematics) subjects. After a short theoretical explanation, the children will start building motorised Lego models for them to understand and implement the theory they have just learned.
You will be promoting fun while stimulating learning with children. You will be responsible for facilitating hands-on interactive sessions with small groups of up to 16 children, Ages 5-11. (Teacher student ratio is 1:8)
Hours: Availability weekdays 15:30-18:30
Availability: Term time: 2 or more afternoons per week or Saturdays or during term breaks
Sessions: 75 – 90 minutes
Location: Within the 3 boroughs of London: Hammersmith & Fulhum, Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster
