National Citizen Service (NCS) brings together thousands of 15–17 year olds from all backgrounds to take part in a 4 week summer programme based around 3 phases. Personal Best Education are the largest provider of NCS in Hampshire.
We need the skills, experience and enthusiasm of people like you to channel their energy and talent. We have over 400 roles available throughout the year across Hampshire and our seasonal roles are perfect to build on your experience with young people, enhance your leadership skills and earn money over your college or university breaks.

All expenses are paid and it will look great on your CV!
In the first 2 weeks you will be catered for and your accommodation provided. Training If your application is successful, an informal interview will take place along with a (fun) training weekend

The NCS Programme:
Phase 1: Is packed with challenging activities including surfing, coasteering & total wipeout - in either Bideford, Croyde, Falmouth or Exeter.
Phase 2: You will guide your group through a variety of workshops focusing on developing life skills.
Phase 3: Your team will create a social action project promoting causes they are passionate about in their local community.
