We are looking for independent, outgoing and meticulous individuals who are comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility to help one of our portfolio companies, Via Transportation, build their London's founding driver base. As a Driver Partner Lead, you'll get a broad introduction to entrepreneurship, business development, and operations management while helping to grow their network of driver partners in London. Via Transportation have built revolutionary technology that is changing the way people get around cities. As an on-demand transit on a mass scale, it's smart transportation that's friendly to the planet.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with their senior team on operations, marketing, and analysis
- Be responsible for sourcing, pitching and on-boarding new driver partners, develop relationships with them
- Provide an impeccable level of customer service to Via's driver partners
- Become an expert on Via – develop a nuanced understanding of our service to be able to pitch Via to new driver partners and to address inquiries from existing driver partners.
Details:
- This role will be running for 2 months between April 26 and end of June, with about 30 hours a week commitment.
- Ideally, those hours will be spread evenly across the working week, but can be flexible with your schedule and fixed commitments.
- There will be a brief on 21st April between 11am and 12pm. 22nd April could also work.
- You'll be 50/50 in the office and out in the field sourcing driver partners.
- Previous work experience in a consumer-facing business a plus.
