Salary: £16,750 (Pro Rata) + 5% Flexible Benefits 18 Month Fixed Term Contract *These are evening roles 30.5hrs per week: 4-10pm Monday - Friday (Can consider less than 5 days)

Role Overview

SSCL has an exciting opportunity for a number of Contracts Administratorsto join their employee services delivery team in Newport.

You will be responsible for delivering Recruitment transactional services relating to the recruitment Lifecyle. Processing work will include creation of contracts and employment terms and conditions.

This opportunity offers on the job training and a chance to expand your knowledge of all the above transactional services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process work in line with agreed procedures
  • Process work to the defined level of quality
  • Resolve queries and escalate as necessary (i.e. a team leader/manager/other group) and log if appropriate
  • To schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and update information held on a data base or manually.
  • Print/post data/reports/invoices daily
  • Maintain records for audit purposes

Essential Skills:

  • Experience using Excel
  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Ability to work in a structured environment
  • Ability to maintain a good relationship with colleagues and clients


  • Experience of data interpretation
  • Ability to navigate around and understand relevant systems i.e Oracle/SAP
