We are currently seeking a candidate who can be an enthusiastic assistant chef to help run the kitchen with our head chef Vincenzo, this job has independence and will give motivation on learning the Italian cuisine and culture above all an opportunity to grow within the industry. The kitchen is within a small 9 bedroom resort (Palas Cerequio) in the heart of the prestigious Barolo wine area in Piedmont. We are a small team of 8 running the resort and we need someone who can also run the kitchen on a daily basis. Our menu is Piedmontese with a meditterenean twist.
