Job Details

• Provide reservations data entry and verification support. This includes rate and descriptive information as well as inventory processing to insure maximum utilisation of the in-house reservation system by EMEA hotels
• Manage the Negotiated Rate Loading program for the European hotels and International as needed
• Manage the Hotel Opening Guide for Europe, Australasia,Japan, Middle East, Brazil, Canada, Mexico and India
• Liaise with Supervisor and team coordinators as needed
• Assisting in providing team stats and reports
• Achieving targets and performance standards
• Providing confident, accurate information
• Working as part of a team, providing support to colleagues and customers
• Holding regular team meetings

Must be living in the UK
