Job description

We are EatFirst, an online restaurant on a mission to revolutionise the dining-in experience. Our chefs have an international background and have been trained in top restaurants around the world.

We are looking for motivated customer service executives with relevant experience to help our operation, in a supportive, family environment.

You would provide customer support for our daily operations, using our own internal systems as well as SalesForce Desk software.

The main tasks you can expect to cover are:

  • answering calls from customers
  • help trouble-shooting (i.e. "where is my food?", "my delivery was late", "my voucher is not working")
  • placing calls to customers to let them know of any issues with their order (i.e. out of stock items, problem with the driver)
  • entering orders from our partners tablets (i.e. JustEat, HungryHouse) manually into our systems
  • supporting drivers on the road (i.e. how to find an address, address changes)

You will need to:

  • be passionate and eager to learn,
  • be a good team player
  • have a great level of English both spoken and written
  • have an outstanding level of attention to detail
  • keep calm under pressure
  • be customer focused
  • have a good sense of humour

Our working hours are flexible. We are offering up to 40 hours a week, morning or evening shifts.
We are looking for candidates that can work on weekends.
