We are looking for an Undergraduate Marketing Assistant to join the team at Ascot Racecourse!
We are looking for a Graduate marketing internship for a fixed term period to support our marketing team over the busy summer months. Ideally, you'll need to be available to start work early June (or as early as possible) until September 2017.

You will be responsible for supporting the consumer and content marketing teams across a broad range of activities including (but not limited to) social media support, copywriting, updating the Ascot website using ascot.co.uk CMS, assistance with research and reporting, advertising, e-marketing, team admin support and PR as we build up to our busiest period including world-renowned Royal Ascot, the King George VI Weekend and the Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup.

7. SAFETY AWARENESS
In accordance with Health and Safety regulations the jobholder is required to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of the persons who may be affected by their activities. The jobholder must co-operate with the Company to enable them to meet their legal duties. This will include awareness of all Health and Safety issues relating to the role including risk assessment, emergency procedures, office safety and additional relevant training. The jobholder will be required to work closely and courteously with colleagues from all internal departments of the Company, visitors, customers, the management team, participants in racedays and suppliers to support the department's role. In particular the job holder will require strong collaboration with the following departments; Facilities, M&E, ICT and Operations.
