CRM Analyst

Job description

As a CRM Analyst, you are responsible for the structure, development and increased automation of reports, quantitative statistical analyses and models at the Direct & Durables department. Thanks to your strategic advice, based on your analyses, we achieve the department's turnover and profit goals together. You are the link between new/existing clients and the focus of future marketing campaigns. You support the marketing/CRM Manager in implementing SAS Marketing Automation and other marketing/CRM tools. In addition, you build segmentation models that make our clients' customer life cycle better and more efficient.

There are three result areas: Campaign Processing & Automation, Reporting and Analysis and Maintenance of the CRM systems. You identify and advise those responsible for internal and external support.

What we require:

  • You have at least 5 years work experience in a marketing intelligence and reporting role.
  • You are a marketing specialist with an affinity for analysis and figures.
  • You are familiar with SAS Marketing Automation.
  • Knowledge of financial products is an advantage!
  • You are a university (WO) graduate with a degree in econometrics, science or similar.
