Activity Leader Manager in Weymouth, Dorset

An Activities Manager is required for a full programme of activities for an English language summer school in Weymouth.

What are you going to do:

The main responsibilities include:

  1. co-ordinating the programme of activities
  2. ensuring that activity leaders are properly prepared
  3. managing the staff rota
  4. holding regular meetings / feedback sessions
  5. assessing performance of activity leaders

  • GCSE
    1. Good communication and organisational skills are essential.
      Previous experience in a similar role is also essential.
    2. Applicants will be required to give permission for an Enhanced DBS check to be carried out.
    3. References will be followed up and reference requests will ask specifically whether there is any reason applicants should not be
      engaged in situations where they are working with persons under 18.
    4. Any gaps in CVs must be explained satisfactorily.
    5. Proof of identity and qualifications will be required.
