Retail Sales Assistant in Buckden

CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAMPION - Nights/Weekends Shell Cluster - Buckden PE195XF Part-time We are currently looking for a Customer Service Champion to join our team to work at our Buckden branch, Candidates must be flexible in working hours and may be required to cover various shifts which would include weekends and occasional day shifts. You will be able to use your own initiative and work within a team in a fast paced environment. You will be working directly with our customers, so a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude is essential.

  • Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and able to use initiative.
  • Take delivery of fuel and stock.
  • Up sales on products where possible and on promotions.
