What are you going to do:

Your purpose at the Lucky Onion is to ensure that every guest is comfortable and has a wonderful dining experience.

• To provide great guest service, anticipating the needs and requirements of guests in a proactive and approachable manner
• To accurately take and professionally serve food orders to customers
• To ensure our guests are acknowledged and looked after at all times
• To deal with guest issues proactively, seeking to find helpful and effective solutions
• To assist with the service for Lucky Onion events/corporate bookings as required, dispensing beverages and serving food
• To be knowledgeable, inspired and fully conversant with the Lucky Onion products, events, suppliers and the activities / events at other sites
• To proactively address issues as they arise and escalate issues to the line manager as necessary
• To take directions and guidance from the manager
• To contribute to an effective and proud department that takes responsibility for looking after and nurturing the Lucky Onion Product
• To engage proactively in staff briefings
• To work flexibly according to the requirements of the team, stepping in to help others where possible (ensuring personal responsibilities are not missed)
• To attend and contribute to training or meetings as required
