THE ROLE OF A INTERN AT STANTON PARKER
Main activities
Commercial development support:
- Describe companies' organisation structure in areas lacking from the business
- To identify the top management and roles surrounding these companies
- To acquire contact details for selected individuals of these specific companies
- To develop client profiles based on the business description, products/services, locations, mission statements, strategy, evolution of the business environment and competitors
Marketing survey:
- Organise and lead candidates or clients internet based survey to better understand the needs and wants of a candidate and/or client
- Understanding and researching the type of literature that currently exists within the domain of candidate feedback and priorities
- Build and create a questionnaire developed on the priorities of the needs and wants of the candidate market
- Conduct qualitative interviews on candidates to find a framework for the questionnaire
- Build a hypothesis which will then be applied to quantitative research/survey format to be sent to multiple candidates
General support:
- Aiding team where possible with admin/commercial/business development/candidate calls/candidate profiles
What we offer:
