We can also tailor certain tasks depending on the interest – e.g. if events planning is of interest we can include more of this in the tasks, similarly if marketing is an area of interest – we can allocate more social media work for the student.
The position currently open is from August 2017 onwards.
A second European language is an advantage, so is experience of travel/cultural exchange/living abroad.
We have had students from all walks of studies – however business, international studies and human resources are particularly relevant due to the nature of the business.

Smartaupairs is an International Cultural Exchange Agency specialising in Au Pair placements. We provide families with affordable & flexible childcare and give young people the opportunity to live abroad with a host family and take part in an 'earn & learn' program. An au pair helps with childcare and light housework in exchange for full board and pocket money. Our UK office facilitates placements with host families in Britain and is looking to develop the 'Au Pair in Australia' program. We have a small, international and dynamic team in our offices in Britain and Sydney. Our passion and innovative approach continues to drive growth of the program.

Compensation is offered depending on the applicant placement duration, language skills and general application. Very short term internships are usually unpaid (up to 2/3 months) – internships of over 3-5 months yield a compensation of £400/month, for internships which are for 6 months or longer, a £600 monthly contribution is made.
