ABOUT YOU
We would love to hear from you if you have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork, with a passion for providing excellent guest service and maintaining the highest standards. We have a range of great opportunities for you! You'll be a natural at talking and engaging with people, and you'll be in your element greeting and getting into conversations with our guests. You'll thrive in a busy environment, have bags of initiative and be able to think on your feet.
ROLES AVAILABLE
Food & Beverage Team Members
As a Food & Beverage Team Member you would need to deliver an efficient, cheerful and courteous service to our guests across a variety of food outlets. General duties include taking guest orders at tills and handling the payment, serving orders, clearing tables and generally working as part of a busy team to ensure you provide great service in a timely fashion.
Retail Assistants
As a Retail Assistant you will be required to serve visitors at till points, replenish stock levels and deliver excellent customer service. Previous experience would be an advantage although full training will be given to the right candidate.
Guest Engagement Team Member
As a Guest Engagement Team Member you will join our busy team to deliver excellent front-line customer service support at our Guest Services desk or at our Arrivals booths. You will ensure an efficient, cheerful and courteous service is given to our guests in responding to all queries in person, via email or telephone to ensure they have the best experience possible whilst visiting Longleat.
Food Production Assistants
Our Kitchen team prepare our food in our commercial kitchens, supporting our Food Production Supervisors to produce a range of food from Pizza's and hot quick-service meals, to scones and sandwiches. This is a great opportunity to join a high volume kitchen team.
Rangers
Our Ranger team work outside in all weather doing a range of duties. They are responsible for directing our guests to park in our peak times, litter picking and emptying our bins around our site. They play a vital role in ensuring our Adventure Park and surroundings are presentable to high standards.
Cleansing Assistants
Our busy team of Cleansing Assistants ensure our bathroom facilities are well presented for our guests, cleaning toilet's emptying bins, replenishing items as required.

HOURS OF WORK
All types of hours available on a zero hours basis, with weekend and bank holiday working essential due to the nature of our business. As summer is our peak time, we will have up to full-time hours available on a 7 day rota basis. Contract starts date vary, starting from mid-June.
We are offering competitive rates of pay, starting at £7.20 per hour for employee's ages over 18, rising to £7.50 for employees aged over 25.
