Hummus Bros is a London-based chain of six restaurants serving healthy & tasty Mediterranean food. We are looking for a intern in Marketing/Operations/Right-hand man to join a young and dynamic team. Hbros is growing fast in central London and aims to open more restaurants in the following months.
Your responsibilities are in constant evolution:
- Develop both on and offline marketing/communication strategy
- Enhance the menu and choice by looking for new suppliers, promote new dishes, organize competitions…
- Organize events (Instagram influencers, business partners, customers…)
- Realize market studies and consumer's behavior
- Bring your own ideas to develop the business and establish them for A to Z
Duration
4 to 6 months (flexible)
