Trainee Business Development Executive in Essex

Due to strong and consistent growth we are looking for an enthusiastic New Business Development Executive to join our passionate and hardworking team to take on a range of sales responsibilities working with and learning from senior sales members. The primary responsibility of the New Business Development Executive is to achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the companies services to new clients across the construction sector

Job Description

  1. At least 1 Years experience within the Facilities management or IT sales sector. (not essential but desired)
  2. Proven sales and customer service experience
  3. Strong decision making skills Ability to negotiate, manage his/her time, prioritise and be organised in a fast paced environment
  4. Excellent verbal, written and face to face communication skills
  5. Strong relationship building skills
  6. High level of maturity capable of thriving in a vibrant environment
  7. Must have a positive mind-set and outlook on life

We ask:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Min 1 year sales experience
  1. You MUST have some proven outbound sales experience
  2. Have no fear of cold calling senior decision makers
  3. Be able to communicate confidently and clearly at a high level
  4. Have a genuine hunger and drive to win new business and exceed targets
