City Relay is a Local City Front Desk for Airbnb & Short Term Rental Owners. We are the only local Reception Desk using Technology to create an infrastructure for Airbnb hosts who believe that managing vacation rental should be easy.
We provide management services: key exchange, luggage storage, and cleaning services as well as an advanced marketing option to help Hosts with the many challenges faced with a vacation rental. We built our own software, a yield, and channel manager to price and market short term rentals.
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Greeter to join our team to meet and greet our lovely guests arriving in London.
Greeting our guests with a smile upon their arrival, offering a professional and friendly service, touring the property with the guest, making sure the property is perfectly ready!
A particular type of person is required for this role, amazing people skills are required, attention to details, with the desire to deliver customer service and provide an excellent experience to the guest. We are looking for an independent, welcoming and organized Part-Time Greeter to go and meet our guest. This person needs to be motorized and has an excellent London knowledge.
