From the centre of Amsterdam, bloomon is changing the traditional flower industry and driving the industry's shift from offline to online. After successful launches in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, the company has now launched in the UK. Therefore we are looking for students or graduates to join our customer support team. Job description:
In this role you will be responsible for customer contact via email, telephone and various social media channels. It is imperative that you can think of and analyse different solutions and are able to act independently. For this function, it is important that you are empathetic and can respond well in difficult situations with our customers. You will perform varied tasks and instantly have lots of responsibility.
