What are you going to do:
The role of the Summer Intern is to provide support to a number of departments such as front-of-house, finance, marketing, sales and HR.
You will have the opportunity to add value, make improvements and learn about the different functional areas within a business along with 2-3 other interns.
RESPONSIBILITIES (VARY DEPENDING ON DEPARTMENT)
- Adhoc support to functional departments
- Preparation of sales materials (tenders/bids)
- Collation of marketing material
- Basic Accountancy and data entry
- Support HR with day to day HR duties (offer letters, T&Cs)
- General administration, meeting & greeting, answering calls, booking meetings, etc.
- Dealing with general day-to-day queries and any other ad-hoc duties/projects as required

- Educated to A-Level Standard
- Ideally some work experience but will also consider those who are members of a sports team or volunteering or other group activity
Other Essential Skills
- GCSE English & Maths (A – C grade) or equivalent
- Lively and driven
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated, flexible with the ability to meet deadlines and produce accurate work efficiently
- Assertive
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Experience in using Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook and Internet
