To be responsible for a small group of dogs who overnight in a day care centre
To ensure the safety of a small group of dogs overnight for two or three nights per week (negotiable). The dogs are not necessarily in kennels and choose where they want to sleep. Mostly this is a sleeping shift although occasionally we get a dog that doesn't settle on the first night and then it can be harder to sleep. You are required to clear up after the dogs, leaving the areas clean for the morning staff.
Initial training with the dogs and a dog first aid course. Pay terms on application
You need to be a responsible adult who is happy working on your own, particularly at night. You need to love dogs too. The ideal candidate will have an animal care qualification
