Customer Reporting Coordinator (Intern) in London

12 month placement for the position of Customer Reporting Coordinator. The Customer Reporting Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and technical support for Data Management processes for Ricoh global accounts.

What are you going to do:

The role will also be responsible for the provision of standard reporting to major accounts.
Coordination of reporting inputs from a variety of sources both locally and globally and providing contracted reports.

The candidate will work closely with local Ricoh companies and partners across Europe and other regions to obtain data needed to support commercial and operational requirements including producing reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Completeing a Bachelors degree
  • Customer service experience
  • Must be process driven, with an analytical/logical approach to business tasks/needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS analysis packages
  • Ability to be highly organised and operate in a dynamic industry with strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and orally and have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels Globally
  • A professional presence, vocabulary and communication skills are essential
