Customer Support & IT in London

What are you going to do:

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

What we offer:

The successful candidate will receive a wide and varied skillset from administration to accounting to IT to customer support.

What we ask:

  • Knowledge of IT and english
  • Previous IT and Customer support experience preferred
  • Understand Digital Software Limited's system to be able to support clients of the business.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is a pre-requisite.
  • Be calm and enthusiastic when talking to clients.
  • Must have a Pro Active approach to ensure the enquiry is complete above and beyond customer expectation.

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanour
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to use Word and Excel and Outlook
  • Must be Pro Active and must be able to follow through until completion of the enquiry.
