What are you going to do:
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

- Knowledge of IT and english
- Previous IT and Customer support experience preferred
- Understand Digital Software Limited's system to be able to support clients of the business.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is a pre-requisite.
- Be calm and enthusiastic when talking to clients.
- Must have a Pro Active approach to ensure the enquiry is complete above and beyond customer expectation.
