We are looking for a recent graduate or current student in their placement year with a genuine interest in people development or organisational improvement.
If you are a second year undergraduate studying a relevant degree course or a recent graduate seeking your first work experience, then this opportunity could be for you!
The People Development team, at St. Leger Homes, are offering a 12-month paid work placement for the right individual to gain experience in:
- Setting up course bookings and information for staff across the organisation
- Answering and dealing with training enquiries
- Setting up training courses
- Liaising with training facilitators and course delegates
- Supporting the delivery of in-house training courses and focus groups
- Providing ideas to develop the training 'offer' across St. Leger Homes
- Creating high-quality e-learning training
- Facilitating organisational change
- Implementing Learning and Development System improvements
What we offer:
- Paid, fixed-term contract up to 31st August 2018
- Salary of £15,807 per annum
- One on One and team mentorship/support
- On the job training in people development
- Relevant external training and development
- 26 days paid annual leave

- A base at St.Leger Court, Doncaster, DN4 5ND, with the opportunity to travel in
- and around Doncaster and to external training opportunities within the region,
