Administration Assistant in London

Fipe are looking for a young, talented administration assistant to join us for a 3 month internship. Please read this job description in full prior to applying. With high attention to detail, you will be responsible for administrative duties as well as carrying out a range of research activities. The ability to work very well as part of a team is crucial as you will work very closely with other members of the organisation. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a demonstrable ability of dealing with clients and external organisations with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion. We need someone confident, proactive and organised with a positive approach to problem solving. What are you going to do:

What you'll be doing

  • Providing extensive administrative support in the office and assisting with day to day activities
  • Providing support in the preparation of a wide range of documentation including proposals, reports and presentations
  • Working closely with team members to deliver bespoke briefings and solutions
  • Maintaining database records and updating information held as and when required
  • Conducting in-depth client, sector and topic research
  • Carrying out ad hoc research tasks as assigned
  • Assisting with analysis used for day-to-day decision making
  • Maintaining organised and accurate records of client data
  • Monitoring, recording and analysing campaign results
  • Dealing effectively and professionally with queries and enquires as and when required
  • Developing ideas as part of a team
  • Supporting colleagues to achieve overall team goals
