Credit Controller – 1-Year Fixed Term Contract

Education Sector / School Environment
We’re supporting a well established school in Northwood in their search for a Credit Controller to join their finance team on a 12 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the credit control process, chasing outstanding fees via phone, email, and written communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, guardians, and internal teams.
- Monitor aged debt, escalate issues where necessary, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Support month end processes and reporting.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold safeguarding and confidentiality requirements.
About You
- Experience in credit control or a similar finance role (school or education sector experience beneficial but not essential).
- Strong organisational abilities with good attention to detail.
