YOUR MISSION
To support the consistent delivery of high-quality guest bookings on The Diary of a CEO by researching, pitching, and coordinating world-class talent — ensuring every guest aligns with the show’s blueprint and that no detail is missed across the process. This role sits at the heart of the show’s success: connecting big ideas, global talent, and cultural moments with the conversations that shape the world.
DAY TO DAY
- Research and pitch culturally relevant, high-impact guest talent that aligns with The Diary of a CEO’s audience and brand.
- Manage end-to-end guest logistics, including outreach, scheduling, briefing, travel, gifting, and paperwork.
- Track guest performance and trends, feeding insights into future booking decisions.
- Source and maintain contact lists for talent, agents, and publicists.
- Support team admin — from managing release forms to booking taxis, hotels, and flights.
- Keep decks and guest trackers updated, and proactively suggest fresh guest ideas.
- Stay deeply aware of global news, digital trends, and cultural shifts that could shape upcoming bookings.
- Excellent research and communication skills, with the ability to write persuasive, on-brand guest pitches.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a calm, professional approach under pressure.
- High awareness of digital trends, talent landscapes, and global cultural moments — a genuine finger on the pulse.
- Confidence and professionalism when engaging with publicists, agents, and high-profile individuals.
- A self-starter mindset — comfortable managing multiple priorities and moving quickly.

2nd Stage Interview - Task - Through the task round you get an insight into the day to day responsibilities of the role and we get the opportunity to understand how you work.
Final Stage Interview - The final interview involves meeting a Senior Stakeholder in the business.
