To support the team with trainer sourcing and recruitment, pedagogic and market research projects, reception duties and day to day administrative tasks.

Job Description


  • Assisting the Face-to-Face Recruitment Team in sourcing and recruiting language trainers worldwide
  • Assist with general administration; e.g. covering reception, updating our databases, filing documents on our server
  • Identify effective online trainer sourcing aids
  • Completing trainer recruitment paperwork
  • Using social media to increase and maintain Learnlight's virtual visibility
  • Place orders for and dispatch training materials to clients
  • Assisting in various market research projects

Financial support:

£65 per week for expenses
