Community Connector in Oxford

We work with schools to help them let out their facilities during evenings, weekends and holidays. This generates much needed extra income and helps the local community access affordable venues for sports, gatherings and meetups. Our community connectors arrive ahead of the customers to unlock the school sites, ensure everything is in order and meet 'n greet the customers on arrival.

What we offer:

  1. £8.50/Hour
  2. Flexible shift patterns on weekends/evenings
  3. Holiday allowance
  4. No zero hour contracts (you'll get a fixed allocation of days/hours per week)
  5. On call support - you'll never be without help on a shift

What are you going to do

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Opening and closing local schools in the evenings and weekends
  2. Carrying out checks as necessary and light cleaning/tidying after bookings
  3. Providing great customer service and communicating what's happening at schools to the operations team.

What we ask:

  • GCSE's
  • Prior experience not required
  • Excellent time keeping skills
  • Close proximity to one of our partner schools (we have 16 across Oxfordshire)
  • Desire to help schools and communities e
