Our Media & Partnerships team have built a platform called ‘Hotel Everywhere’ with the ambitious target to on-board every hotel with a marketing and/or brochure contribution across the Thomas Cook portfolio on to the platform to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns.

The Campaign Support Executive for the European Media and Partnerships team will be responsible for the efficient set up of campaigns across the Hotel Everywhere portfolio for the German, Swiss and Austrian markets, this will include the co-ordination of extensive cross-function  and cross-market internal departments, managing time, processes and scheduling to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.


Other responsibilities within this role are.

  • Management of the hotelier marketing content for feed driven, dynamic marketing.
  • Working with chosen agency on creative approvals, campaign set-up and post-campaign reporting.
  • Liaising with Clients/Hoteliers regarding Hotel Everywhere  FAQ’s and campaign alerts.
  • Being the face of Thomas Cook Hotel Everywhere, supporting both internally and externally, driving trust and confidence in the function.
  • Administration of the database, updating, software development, administrator, input client bookings and creating contracts using Salesforce enterprise software.
  • Ensuring invoicing and payment process is being adhered to and delivered


What we need from you…..

  • Tour Operating/Travel Industry experience preferably with knowledge of the Thomas Cook Group brand.
  • Experience of providing administrative campaign delivery support for partners.
  • Able to deal with time and client/team pressures
  • Creative solution finder: able to find solutions and act when problems arise.
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills for working with internal and external contacts, with the ability to earn trust and influence at a senior level.
  • Technical ability, with an understanding of Digital Marketing.
  • Commercial mind-set, results focused and driven
