What area will I work in?

We have great teams in Sales and Service who come together to make our customers holiday a reality, where you will  support our customers in getting their holiday off to a flying start as we fly to 5 of the 7 continents in the world!  You could also help our online customers make their dreams come true, relaxing on beautiful beaches, swimming in crystal clear blue waters and enjoying one of the many amazing hotels on our website.

This role is based on 37.5 hours per week including some weekends to cover the hours of 8am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday.

  What we need from you

• Experience of working in a target driven customer service or retail role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers over the phone
• Problem solving skills and an eye for detail
• Real passion for delivering consistent, world class customer service
• Travel sales experience preferred but not essential
• Competent in the use of basic computer skills

   

  Successful candidates will complete our comprehensive training programme that will develop the skills needed to become a successful Travel Consultant at Thomas Cook, with on-going development to support you to grow within the role and company.
