Travel Consultant - Outbound Sales & Service

Working in this fast paced environment you’ll be responsible for calling customers to book/enhance their holiday!
We’re looking for motivated and energetic candidates to join our fun and friendly Outbound Service Team in the Falkirk contact centre. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer experience so you’ll need to be focused on delivering exceptional service at all times.

The position is for 37.5 hours per week including evenings and weekends to co support our customer’s needs Monday to Sunday.

What We need from you
Experience of working in a target driven sales or retail role
Successful candidates will complete our comprehensive training programme that will develop the skills needed to become a successful Travel Consultant at Thomas Cook, with on-going development to support you to grow within the role and company. Your salary will be reviewed on successful completion of a probation period.
