About the role

 

An exciting new opportunity within Thomas Cook UK Contact Centre, our RPA Implementation Specialist  will lead and support the delivery of robotics process designs through robotics automation software. You will work with the business to translate processes into technical flows which will remove manual processes from the business .

The successful candidate will have demonstrable knowledge in Process Modelling and delivering technical solutions in addition to experience within the Contact Centre industry possessing the drive and determination to put the customer at the heart of everything they do.

 

About the department / team

 

Working within our UK Customer Contact Centre (CCC), the role is in direct response to our UK CCC transformation focusing on improving the customer proposition whilst driving efficiencies.

 

Key accountabilities / responsibilities

Our Implementation Specialist  will develop, design and deliver robust new Robotic Process Automation, through the aid of the NICE RTI (Real Time Integration) application as well as supporting project implementation within the Transformation Programme, bringing the technical expertise to deliver business and operational requirements. You will also be an expert user of the  NICE RTI application. In addition to this you will:

  • Challenge current processes, drive change and proactively realise opportunities for improvement in the business – through automation
  • Undertake process assessment, categorisation and technical design
  • Identify interdependencies between departments and/or processes and work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Leading and providing user acceptance testing to new automation
  • Monitor the effectiveness of deployed automation and intervene as required

 

 

Skills and experience

 

The ideal candidate will have proven technical and analytical skills experienced producing design solutions, experience reviewing end-to-end processes and connecting desktop enterprise software applications and have strong problem solving competence with a logical mind-set. As well as:

  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to work on multiple in flight projects and prioritise between them depending on business and stakeholder priorities
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate across technology and business groups
  • Ability to quickly learn and master technical software

 

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent)

Desirable:  Experience with NICE RTS (Real Time Solution) Software environments (Training will be given)

Desirable: Demonstrable knowledge in Robotic Process Automation

Exposure to basic logic driven algorithm development

Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions

 

 

 

Technical / professional qualifications:

Familiarity with Business Intelligence tool such as Business Objects, Cognos

Process Modelling

Desirable: technical skills: VB, XML development experience
