Our Big Reunion has been rebranded to TWSTD festival. TWSTD Festival is the UK’s biggest indoor winter music festival. It takes place over two back to back weekends in November. Each year taking on a new twist, the festival promises to bring larger than life themes that will change every year under one banner.  This year we will be presenting the TWSTD Circus so as well as the usual awesome line-up, mind blowing sound, light, pyrotechnics you can add jugglers, contortionists, fire breathers, stilt walkers, discovery areas and truly EPIC stage sets.

 

We are currently recruiting for an Event Administrator who will play an important part in the success of the festival. This is a very diverse role and to fulfil the needs of the business we are looking for a multi skilled individuals to come and take key positions within the team.

 

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to support the Event Manager in all operational, sales and administrative aspects of TWSTD Festival Products, focusing on TWSTD Festival.  You will act as Call Centre Agents for TWSTD Festival, dealing with a high level of incoming calls on a daily basis.  Call types can be vary and include general enquiries, sales, balance payments, complaints and all levels of customer service and accurately maintaining our in-house reservation system.

 

You will be delivering across all aspects of customer service, providing advice and information to our customers on all aspects of their itinerary, ensuring that all emails from customers and suppliers are responded to and acted on in a timely and professional manner.  We want to ensure that customer experience at first contact and throughout their journey is in line with our company values and customer expectations.

 

Skills and Experience

We are looking for people that are articulate, committed, passionate and flexible as this role is required for hours and days of work that can vary at short notice throughout peak trading, working on a rota basis. 

 

You will need to have strong analytical, planning and organising ability with high attention to detail and have the ability to demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and initiative, as well as able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. 

 

Due to the nature of this role we require someone that has excellent communication and customer service skills with strong commercial mind-set and business acumen alongside advanced knowledge of MS Office applications. 

 

It would be great if you had experience of working within the events industry or have call centre, sales and customer service experience however these are not an essential element of the role. 

 

Please note:  A flexible approach is required for hours and days of work that can vary at short notice, throughout peak trading we work on a rota basis.  There are certain restrictions in place on taking annual leave during the build up to the events and dependant on the need of the business your contract may be extended to include working at the events.  Confirmation of this will be given closer to the time.  If you are working the events then you will be required to stay overnight on site for anything up to 2 weeks with extended working hours.
