Job description
Our HR/Personnel Systems team is working with Lidl International on a global SAP based personnel system (SAP GPS) implementation project in a pilot capacity. The new system will support digitalisation of core Personnel administration tasks across Lidl UK, moving away from paper based practices. This is a global SAP HR consolidation project, which will significantly change local HR & Payroll processes currently performed in a standalone SAP Payroll system.
What will you do?
- Tracking tasks and issues log in project stream
- Executing test plans and reporting feedback
- HR business process design and documentation
- Suggesting design and configuration changes to global IT team
- Hands on troubleshooting including production
- Managing HR process change within the business
- Supporting UK Payroll team with ad hoc tasks
What will you need?
- Proven functional knowledge and experience of core SAP HCM modules includes Payroll processes
- Experience in an international project based environment
- Full international mobility as travel to Germany and other European countries is essential
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting ESS/MSS processes and workflow experience with interfaces between or into SAP systems including requirements definition, testing and troubleshooting
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to deal with stress and crisis situations
- Key user or hands on experience in SAP HR including time management
- Can do and self-starter attitude
- German language is desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving license
