Help to establish and maintain relationship between organizations in China and UK, manage existing contacts and ensure service delivery is to the highest standard.
Be responsible for supporting the team on a number of various projects and assist with price negotiation with key suppliers.
Assist to negotiate and deliver ad-hoc supplier negotiations, allocations and value add packages as requested.
Assist with new promotions and ideas for campaigns and advertising, as well as public relation strategies and distribution methods.
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Managing Director.
Perform other related duties as required.
Contract Length:
6 months in our London office, 6 months in our China office
