L’Oréal is one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, manufacturing and selling a wide range of beauty products for a wide range of consumers. Based in France, it was founded in 1909 by a chemist named Eugene Schueller. It now operates in around 130 countries across the world, and achieved turnover of €20.3b in 2011.

The role of National Account Manager is to report into Sales & Marketing Director. In this role you will take responsibility for the Amazon account within the brand Clarisonic; managing the P&L, crafting the account strategy, building strong relationships with them and building persuasive commercial arguments to drive the business forward.




What are the key responsibilities ?

 

Your key responsibilities in terms of retailer relationships are:

  • Developing long term multifunctional relationships
  • Having a full understanding of your retailer customer insight
  • Developing retailer centric strategies

Your responsibilities relating to the P&L are:

  • Sell-out forecast accuracy, consistency & control
  • P&L Optimization

Your retail development responsibilities will be:

  • Understanding the beauty consumer & Clarisonic brand 
  • Getting ahead of competitors
  • Brand Account Management (Short/Medium term)
  • Brand activation in store and online, accountable for agreeing and executing key brand plans with retail partners to deliver brand objectives

Your responsibilities with Team Leadership will be:

  • In the Sales Team – Validate and Coaching the team
  • In the wider organisation – Supporting Luxe Mission
  • Planning and Strategy
