The Active Cosmetics Division is the world leader in dermocosmetics, enjoying double digit growth in the UK and Ireland for several consecutive years as a result of increased awareness and customer advocacy. The division includes four brands: La Roche-Posay, Vichy, Skinceuticals and Roger & Gallet. The brands are sold in healthcare outlets worldwide, including pharmicies, drugstores, medi-spas and physician’s offices. Our brands are developed and endorsed by health professionals, including dermatologists, pediatricians and cosmetic doctors.



What are key highlights of this role?


A Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) at L’Oreal takes full P&L accountability and is responsible for driving effective customer relationships. You will be required to work in a cross-functional team to develop and execute a differentiated, effective business plan with the retailer. You will be responsible for delivering growth using a shared approach whilst striving towards mutually beneficial results.

SNAMs require a strategic mind-set & ability to develop a strong internal & external networks. You will be driven by the challenge of delivering category & brand growth and negotiating terms with your account(s) in order to exceed targets.

  • Manage a positive relationship with national retailers, built on integrity and trust whilst representing the interests of our Active Cosmetics Division
  • Develop a deep understanding of your account to advocate their interests within L’Oreal.
  • Work in an internal multi-functional team to deliver:
    • Accurate forecasting through data analysis & collaboration with demand & supply teams.
    • Mid to long term category strategy tailored to your retailers priorities & shoppers.
    • Innovative sales & marketing solutions by working on differentiated marketing plans with the marketing teams.

  • P&L management with finance, assisting in driving divisional profitability.
  • Development, ownership & execution of a collaborative business plan considering the strategic priorities of your retailer and L’Oréal’s drivers for growth
  • Monitoring & reporting of account performance to key internal partners.
  • Input into ACD strategy by informing the team of challenges and opportunities within your account.
  • Developing new ways of working with accounts or considering new internal process will be encouraged.
