Your Role This is a stand-alone role initially, enabling you to cover a wide range or HR-related and other tasks to expand the business. As a member of the Rocket Internet UK team, you will:
- recruit top business talent, spanning a range of experience from new graduates to qualified professionals skilled in various disciplines
- manage the entire employment cycle, from issuing contracts and instructing payroll to managing exits
- establish and manage required HR policies and procedures
- provide HR advice to all employees
- embrace additional responsibilities as directed by the Managing Directors
