SportPursuit needs your help to answer and resolve customer requests.
Your role: Customer services and translation
Customer Services: will be to resolve customer requests in writing via email and chat, and propose solutions before and after sale
Translation: from English to German
You'll need to master: Slack, Gmail, Slack, Magento, Odoo
Salary: £9/hr which means £409 for the week
Shifts: next week, 9am - 6pm

- who is attentive, patient, good at explaining, reactive and has a positive attitude to answer customer requests in the best way possible. Spelling skills are essential as well as great communication skills;
- available for all shifts;
