The business has an established graduate recruitment programme and we intend to hire two graduates or second jobbers, who will spend an initial 18 months to two years primarily generating candidates and partnering Consultants on retained assignments. In return, you will be offered the opportunity to see the whole recruitment process from business origination to assignment completion in what is a 'hands-on' mentoring programme. You will join Consultants on candidate interviews, attend client pitch and shortlist meetings and be given time to pick up valuable experience in a supportive and collegial environment.
