Purpose: To confirm shops’ operation, record its sales activities & conduct interview with customer for market research
Duties of helpers
Type 1 - Note down no. of transaction record next to the cashier, collect duplicated receipt copies. Request POS record from cashier after session ends for cross-checking.
Type 2 - Conduct face to face interview with walk-in customer and fill in provided questionnaires
Type 3 - Go along with restaurant staff by private vehicle (car) to the delivery location; conduct face to face interview with customer and fill in provided questionnaires

Tentative Visit Timeline (exact date to be confirmed)
In early-Nov (2-7 Nov), 1 weekday (Mon to Thu) & 1 weekend (Fri to Sun) visit per shop.
Each visit will be conducted by a group of 5 local helpers, which should include 1 supervisor ideally to-be-graduated students) who will report real-time visit status to CBI staff in the UK.
