What are you going to do:
You will implement customer service processes and you will provide feedback on the existing ones, to keep up the company's standards.
Key responsibilities
- Managing customer inquiries via different channels
- To achieve high customer satisfaction
- To implement customer service processes and helping to improve the existing ones
- Attend regular customer service and product training
- Perform punctual data research
- Escalate technical issues
- Communicate on customer's feedback
- Perform operational tasks

What we ask:
- Minimum degree: Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and spoken English for Business
- Minimum fluency in Russian, German, Polish or Dutch plus a third European language (including English)
- Previous sales and customer service experience
- Proven ability to identify problems and find solutions
- Ability to respond to quick changes and think systematically.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Ability to work in a multicultural, challenging and dynamic work environment
- Graduate degree in Business, Linguistics, Computer Science or similar
- 1 to 2 years' experience in similar role
