Customer Service Representative - German, Russian, Polish, Dutch in London

Your main role is to achieve high customer satisfaction while working in an international environment. You will identify needs and recurrent queries and you will escalate them to the management.

What are you going to do:

You will implement customer service processes and you will provide feedback on the existing ones, to keep up the company's standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing customer inquiries via different channels
  • To achieve high customer satisfaction
  • To implement customer service processes and helping to improve the existing ones
  • Attend regular customer service and product training
  • Perform punctual data research
  • Escalate technical issues
  • Communicate on customer's feedback
  • Perform operational tasks

What we ask:

  • Minimum degree: Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and spoken English for Business
  • Minimum fluency in Russian, German, Polish or Dutch plus a third European language (including English)
  • Previous sales and customer service experience
  • Proven ability to identify problems and find solutions
  • Ability to respond to quick changes and think systematically.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, challenging and dynamic work environment
  • Graduate degree in Business, Linguistics, Computer Science or similar
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in similar role
