Marketing Intern in London

Hunter Collective is a membership based salon and co-working space for freelance professionals in the beauty and fashion industry. Our members include hairdressers, make-up artists, nail technicians, fashion stylists, photographers and journalists.

What are you going to do:

We need a bright, enthusiastic intern to join us and help get our name out there to potential members, as well as help make sure our members have the best possible experience while they're using the space.

The Role

  • Support the launch of Hunter Collective and help to drive growth of the business
  • Seek new opportunities to find potential members & build a pipeline of potential members
  • Registering new members and setting them up on Hunter Collective's systems
  • Utilise Hunter Collective's social media channels, stay ahead of new and upcoming social media features and trends
  • Write and post interesting and interactive content on social media and manage replies
  • Following up with membership enquiries
  • Working on marketing content for potential members (and investors)
  • Keeping the website up to date
  • Deliver engagement events and site visits for participants prior to the event
  • Research providers of services and products that Hunter Collective require
  • Collate results & feedback after campaigns have been run
  • Day to day administrative support

What we ask:

  • Minimum degree: Degree
  • Strong interest in and knowledge of the beauty and fashion world
  • Experience using social media, with knowledge of social media principles
  • Confidence in making cold phone calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, creative, hard-working and able to work in flat structure
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft office and gmail / google
  • Degree in Marketing would be preferred but not necessary
  • Willingness to work some weekend days as required
